NOTE: Free Shipping only applies to orders for the 48 contiguous United States.  Currently, only customers in the 48 lower states may order online.  Alaska and Hawaii do not receive free shipping.  Orders set to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere outside of the contiguous 48 Unites states will get an “Invalid shipping method” error message at the top of your screen when submitting the order.  If you would like to ship outside of our free shipping area, please call to order directly.  Thank you!
