Candle & Wax Melt Safety πŸ•―οΈβœ¨

At Sydney Candle Co., we want you to enjoy our products safely. Please follow these guidelines for proper use and care of your candles and wax melts.

Candle Safety

βœ” First Burn Matters – Let the wax melt evenly across the surface to prevent tunneling.
βœ” Trim Your Wick – Always trim to 1/4” before each burn to prevent excessive flames and soot.
βœ” Burn Time – Burn for 3-5 hours at a time for the best performance.
βœ” Safe Placement – Keep your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials.
βœ” Know When to Stop – Discontinue use when only 1/4” of wax remains to prevent glass breakage.

🚨 Candle Warning: 🚨
Burn within sight. Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets. Avoid contact with hot wax. If the wick moves off-center, stop burning immediately.

Wax Melt Safety

βœ” Use Properly – Place 1-2 wax cubes in your wax warmer and melt for up to 4 hours at a time.
βœ” Handle with Care – Do not touch melted waxβ€”it will be hot and can cause burns.
βœ” Keep Away from Water – Do not mix with water or pour hot wax down the drain. Discard hardened wax in the trash once the fragrance fades.
βœ” Safe Placement – Keep wax melts and warmers out of reach of children and pets and never leave an active warmer unattended.

🚨 Wax Melt Warning: 🚨
Avoid skin contact with hot wax to prevent burns. Never add water to melted wax or dispose of it in the sink. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
