The Christmas season is here, and we’re so excited to help you spread holiday cheer with Sydney Candle Co! To make sure your gifts arrive in time, here’s what you need to know about our holiday shipping policies:

  1. Order Deadline for Christmas Delivery:

    • To ensure your package arrives by Christmas, all orders must be placed by December 10th.
    • Orders placed after December 9th are not guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.
  1. Shipping Times:

    • Typical shipping times are 3–5 business days, but this can vary due to high volumes and delays with the Post Office during the holiday season.
    • Please note that shipping times are determined by the Post Office, and we have no control over when your package will arrive once it leaves our facility.
  1. No Refunds for Late Delivery:

    • We cannot offer refunds for packages that do not arrive by Christmas. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
  1. Tracking Your Package:

    • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please use this to monitor your package’s progress.
